What security measures do your truck parking lots have?
All Mile Marker Parking lots are fully fenced and gated, with nighttime perimeter lighting and security cameras. Every driver gets their own unique gate code, so we know exactly who is accessing the property and when.
What are your access hours?
Renters have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our office staff answer the phone Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, at 855-709-7275.
How do I get in and out of the lot?
Each renter gets a unique gate code for keypad entry. Our Fayetteville lot has keypads at both car and truck height, so you can enter from either vehicle.
Can I leave my personal vehicle at the lot?
Yes. Unlike most truck parking lots, we let you park your personal vehicle in your designated spot, the same space your truck parks in, while you’re out on the road.
Rentals, Billing & Payment
Do you offer daily, weekly or monthly truck parking?
Yes, all three. Monthly rentals are our primary option and give you a dedicated, numbered space. Daily and weekly parking is available on a limited basis while spaces last. Current rates and availability are listed on our booking page.
When does monthly billing start? Is it the 1st of the month?
No. We use anniversary billing, so your billing date is the day you start parking, not the 1st of the month. For example, if you start parking on the 25th, your next payment is automatically drafted on the 25th of the following month.
How do I pay?
All monthly rentals are set up on automatic payment (auto-draft), so you never have to worry about missing a payment while you’re on the road.
Is there a security deposit?
No. We don’t charge a security deposit. You simply pay your first month’s rent in advance.
What do I need to rent a space?
Three things: proof of insurance on the vehicle you’ll park, a signed lease agreement and auto-pay setup. You can start the whole process online.
How much does truck parking cost?
Rates vary by location and space size. At our Hope Mills lot, 75-foot truck and trailer spaces start at $175 per month, and 30-foot spaces start at $99 per month (30-foot spaces open for booking closer to our November 1 opening). See the booking page for current rates at every location.
Spaces & Vehicles
How big are the parking spaces?
Our Fayetteville and Wilmington lots have numbered spaces that are 13 feet wide by 75 feet long. Hope Mills has 75-foot by 12.5-foot truck and trailer spaces, plus smaller 30-foot by 12-foot spaces.
Will a tractor with a 53-foot trailer fit?
Yes. Our 75-foot spaces are designed for a standard tractor and 53-foot trailer, with room to back into your space.
Can I park just a trailer, or just a tractor (bobtail)?
Yes. Our spaces can be used for a tractor-trailer combination, a trailer only or a bobtail tractor.
Do you have parking for box trucks and smaller commercial vehicles?
Yes. Our Hope Mills lot has about 15 smaller 30-foot by 12-foot spaces sized for box trucks, bobtails, work trucks and equipment trailers.
Are there restrooms or other facilities on site?
No. Our lots are secure parking only. They are not truck stops, so there are no restrooms, fuel or showers on site.
Can I park a hazmat load or hazmat trailer?
No. For property insurance reasons, we don’t accept vehicles or trailers carrying hazardous materials (hazmat) at any Mile Marker Parking location.
Locations & Directions
Where are your truck parking lots located?
We have three lots in North Carolina: Fayetteville (3703 Gillespie St, Fayetteville, NC 28306), Hope Mills (5545 US Hwy 301 S, Hope Mills, NC 28348, opening November 1, 2026) and Wilmington (4900 US-421 N, Wilmington, NC 28401).
Which location is closest to I-95?
Our Hope Mills lot is less than a mile from I-95 Exit 41 (Chicken Foot Rd), and our Fayetteville lot on Gillespie Street is just minutes from I-95. The two lots are about 10 minutes apart on US-301.
Do you have truck parking near the Port of Wilmington?
Yes. Our Wilmington lot at 4900 US-421 N has convenient access to the Port of Wilmington, I-40 and US-17.
How do I reserve a space?
Book online at our reservation site and select the location you want: Fayetteville, Hope Mills or Wilmington. You can also call 855-709-7275, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
