Fleet Parking FAQ
Can my company rent multiple truck parking spaces?
Yes. Mile Marker Parking rents multiple spaces to trucking companies and fleets at our Fayetteville, Hope Mills and Wilmington lots. Call our office at 855-709-7275 to discuss how many spaces you need.
Does each driver get their own gate code?
Yes. Every driver gets a unique gate code, so you and we know exactly who is accessing the property and when.
Can we park trailers without trucks?
Yes. Trailer-only and bobtail parking are allowed, which makes our lots a good fit for drop yards and trailer staging. See our trailer parking page.
How does billing work?
Monthly rentals are set up on automatic payment with anniversary billing, so each space is billed on the same day each month it started. There is no security deposit; the first month is paid in advance.
Can drivers leave their personal vehicles?
Yes. Drivers can park their personal vehicles in their assigned spaces while they are out on the road.
Do you accept hazmat loads?
No. For property insurance reasons, we don’t accept vehicles or trailers carrying hazardous materials (hazmat) at any location.
