The lot is on US Highway 301 South in Hope Mills, less than a mile from I-95 Exit 41 (Chicken Foot Rd) and just down the road from Sheetz. From Fayetteville, take US-301 South (Gillespie St). Our Fayetteville lot at 3703 Gillespie St is about 10 minutes north.

What security measures does the lot have?

The lot is fully fenced, with nighttime perimeter lighting and security cameras. Every driver gets their own unique gate code, so we know exactly who is accessing the property and when.

What are the access hours?

Renters have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, through our automated keypad gate. Office staff answer the phone Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, at 855-709-7275.

Can I leave my personal vehicle at the lot?

Yes. You can park your personal vehicle in your designated spot, the same space your truck parks in, while you’re out on the road.

Do you offer daily, weekly or monthly rentals?

Yes, all three. Monthly rentals are our primary option. Daily and weekly parking is available on a limited basis while spaces last. See the booking page for current short-term availability and rates.

When does monthly billing start? Is it the 1st of the month?

No. We use anniversary billing, so your billing date is the day you start parking, not the 1st of the month. For example, if you start parking on the 25th, your next payment is automatically drafted on the 25th of the following month.

How big are the parking spaces?

Our truck and trailer spaces are 75 feet long by 12.5 feet wide, enough for a standard tractor and 53-foot trailer. We also have smaller 30-foot by 12-foot spaces for box trucks, bobtails, work trucks and trailers.

What do I need to rent a space?

Proof of insurance on your vehicle, a signed lease agreement and auto-pay setup. Your first month’s rent is paid in advance. There’s no security deposit.

Are there restrooms on site?

No. The Hope Mills location is a secure parking lot only, with no restrooms or other facilities on site. It is not a truck stop.

How far is the lot from I-95?

Less than a mile. The lot is on US-301 South near I-95 Exit 41 (Chicken Foot Rd) in Hope Mills, about 10 minutes south of our Fayetteville lot on Gillespie Street.

Can I park a hazmat load or hazmat trailer?

No. For property insurance reasons, we don’t accept vehicles or trailers carrying hazardous materials (hazmat) at any Mile Marker Parking location.
