Trailer Parking FAQ
Can I park a trailer without the truck?
Yes. Trailer-only parking is allowed at Mile Marker Parking. You can park a trailer by itself, a bobtail tractor or a full tractor-trailer in a dedicated 75-foot space.
How much does trailer parking cost?
Trailer parking uses the same 75-foot spaces as tractor-trailers. At our Hope Mills lot, 75-foot spaces start at $175 per month. Current rates for every location are listed on our online booking page.
Will a 53-foot trailer fit?
Yes. Our spaces are 75 feet long, enough for a standard 53-foot trailer with room to maneuver and back in.
Is my trailer secure?
Both lots are fully fenced and gated, with security cameras and nighttime lighting. Every driver gets a unique gate code, so we know exactly who enters the property and when.
Can I store a trailer long-term?
Yes. Monthly rentals are our primary option, with anniversary billing: your payment is drafted on the same day each month that you started. There is no security deposit; you pay your first month in advance.
Do you allow hazmat trailers?
No. For property insurance reasons, we don’t accept vehicles or trailers carrying hazardous materials (hazmat) at any location.
Can my company park several trailers?
Yes. Fleets and trucking companies can rent multiple spaces. See our fleet parking page or call 855-709-7275.
