Our Hope Mills Facility (Opening November 1)

Our newest lot is on US-301 South in Hope Mills, less than a mile from I-95 Exit 41 and about 10 minutes south of our Fayetteville location. Now leasing ahead of our November 1 opening, with approximately 70 75-foot spaces for semi trucks and trailers, plus 15 smaller 30-foot spaces for box trucks and other vehicles.

How to Rent a Spot

Reserving a spot is straightforward. Here’s what you need:

We require proof of insurance on your vehicle to ensure safety for all.

Signed Lease Agreement:

A simple, straightforward lease agreement to reserve your spot.

Payment

To simplify payment, all rentals are set up on auto-draft. Your first month’s rent is paid in advance. There’s no security deposit.
